Inessa provides simple yet effective feng shui solutions to correct factors negatively influencing a home’s appeal.  Space clearing to expedite the sale gives clients a sense of ease and enthusiasm to move forward with a new phase of life.

$150/hr (Homes under 1200 square feet 1-2 hour. Larger homes may require more time. Minimum visit, one hour) $25 drive fee applies when outside Miami Dade.

 

Post-purchase Consultation $150/ hr.

This consultation is for the buyer and includes a full home analysis and solutions to remedy a home's Feng Shui energy challenges. Suggestions provided on everything from color to properly arranging furniture, art and possessions for maximum energy flow.

Pre Sale- New Construction Consultations –

This service includes a Feng Shui evaluation of architectural plans for new construction projects,  a new property blessings to sanctify the land prior to development and tips for creating a space that fulfills the builder’s/ homeowner's vision.

Feng Shui Coaching for  Real Estate Agents.
